Ordering and Payment

Minimum Purchase Requirement: A minimum order of 25 units per item is required. 
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policy: Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Alger Rentals Wholesale are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Cancellations and Returns
Order Cancellations: Orders may not be canceled once processing or shipping has begun. Custom, special order, or bulk quantity items are non-cancelable and non-refundable once the order is placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of order placement and are subject to approval. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to canceled orders if already prepared for shipment. Shipping charges incurred prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for defective or damaged items.
Damaged or Defective Products
Inspection: Please inspect all products upon delivery.
Claims: Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
Warranty
Alger Rentals Wholesale warrants that all products sold are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
